Your Mission:

Picture yourself as a pivotal player in an innovative organization, where your ability to build relationships and think strategically shapes the future workforce. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Policy, you’ll spearhead efforts to cultivate partnerships and create internship opportunities for students across the region, acting as the architect of opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the CareerBridge Internship Program to create a dynamic ecosystem for students and businesses to collaborate.
  • Create alignment between the various student internship programs throughout the Capital Region. 
  • Connect businesses with student interns, streamlining processes for maximum impact.
  • Share business best practices with education partners for preparing students to join professional workplaces.
  • Foster meaningful relationships and alliances across sectors.
  • Advocate for the importance of internships in shaping students’ growth.
  • Ensure programmatic decisions align with our values and mission.
  • Utilize data and KPIs to inform decisions and drive strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree, but we value skills and drive above all.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptability and collaborative leadership style.
  • Proven track record of innovation in dynamic environments.
